Ramayana is the biography of Lord Rama, who walked on earth thousands of years ago. The character of Lord Rama inspires many across the globe. There is so much to learn from each instance of the life of Lord Rama. In this course – “Leadership Lessons from Ramayana”, we go kanda by kanda and unravel the leadership and life learnings from Ramayana for the participants.

Objective

1. 4Cs – Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking through Ramayana.


2. Deep understand Kanda Wise (Bala Kanda to Yudh Kanda) Story of Valmiki Ramayana.

 

3. Tracing Rama and Ravana within you.


4. Ramayana Hackathon & Ramayana Olympiad Quiz.

Shantanu Gupta

Shantanu Gupta, is an Indian Author, TEdx Speaker, TV Panelist and founder of The Ramayana School. He has published six books with leading publishers like Rupa, Sage and Bloomsbury. Shantanu has a Management education from XLRI, Jamshedpur and did his masters in Policy and Politics from Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex (United Kingdom). Shantanu has worked for a decade as a process and management consultant in many cities in India, Switzerland, Cyprus, Hungry and Israel. He has represented India in many international conferences on economy and policy, in Europe and South east Asia.

Course Structure

Every session will involve, guided understanding of Ramayan, quiz sessions, open discussions, sharing of further readings for deeper understanding

Course Outcomes

1.After the course participants will have enhanced understanding of the profound text of Ramayana, the biography of Lord Rama.
 
2. After the course participants will a new indic/bharatiya framework to look at good and bad.
 
3. After the course, participants will develop a deep curiosity to learn more about Indian history and culture.
